Your business card will read "Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator", and as a Wine Spy you will get to show off your many talents: sleuthing out wine intel, writing top secret wine briefings, and heading up our covert customer care programs.

Any good spy is a master of many talents. Yours will be applied in the following areas:
You'll delight our customers by providing a superior level of service and support through email, telephone, ticketing queue and social medial channels.
You'll support the CEO and Director of Operations with data-driven marketing activities that are aligned with the principals of Growth Hacking. You'll write original copy for email marketing and social media campaigns, as well as manage execution, track results and fine-tune future activities. You'll write copy for the website and, while you're at it, conceive of new and original ways to keep growing the company.
You'll be the link between the shipping team and our customer service efforts, coordinating wine sample pickups and wine tasting panel event scheduling. You will also liaise with wineries to coordinate wine sale logistics, shoot and edit wine photographs, and build out sales in our proprietary platform.
You'll provide our executive team with regular reports detailing customer service metrics, sale pipeline metrics, and other metrics that keep our entire company focused on growth.
